1) You agree that you have used the measuring charts provided on this site to determine the proper size prior to ordering. 
 
2) You agree that when measuring and in between sizes you have been advised by ComfyChemo® LLC to order the larger of two sizes in order to provide the best fit and comfort for each shirt.

6) You understand and agree that should you purchase one of our care kits with hand sanitizer that hand sanitizers should be kept out of the reach of children. Hand sanitizers should not be ingested. Hand sanitizers are meant for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes as well as any irritated skin or open wounds. Should any irriation occur discontinue use and contact your healthcare professional. You understand and agree to read label on hand sanitzer and review active and inactive ingredients prior to using to verify you are not allergic to any such ingredients.
